Senior Class Gift

The university’s Senior Class Gift Program launched in 2012 by the Office of Development, and encourages graduating students to donate towards their alma mater to collectively plant a class tree on campus, while contributing to the university’s scholarship progam.

Endowed Chairs

The number of full-time faculty members at LAU has more than doubled since 1992. To further strengthen our academic programs and enhance our research output, our faculty must continue to grow. Named endowed chairs are vital in this process as they help attract and retain first-rate faculty who might otherwise be drawn to other institutions.

A robust Annual Fund marks the difference between a sufficient education and an excellent one. As the largest source of current operating funds directly supporting the operation of the university, gifts to the LAU Annual Fund are put to work immediately.

Scholarships

LAU is committed to providing an excellent education based on ability, not ability to pay. As such, the university’s scholarship and financial aid program — which distributed a total of $50 million in aid during the 2019 academic year — is a fundamental part of the university and so too are its efforts to secure funds for this worthy cause.
